Do you want to improve your golf?
We are holding some short game clinics during July, August and September - these are open to all and who could not do with some work on their pitching putting and chipping??.
The first event on Saturday 3rd July was a 2 hour pitching and chipping workshop held at Orton Meadows. 8 ladies had an intensive session with Suzanne Dickens covering keys skills including chipping off uneven lies. All levels of handicap were involved and we had a great time - further events are planned - see below for details and email Karen (kjblacklock@gmail.com) asap if you want to be included on the list.
Need more practice before getting a handicap - or handicap still in the high 30's??
Possible events are:
9 holes away at another course - possibly Thorney Lakes or North Luffenham during August
9 hole group playing lesson at Thorpe Wood - please let Karen know asap if you are interested
